How can you become a (more) competent HACCP team leader

As HACCP team leader it is important to have knowledge of quality systems as well as communication skills. This level 4 training provides both HACCP knowledge and leadership skills.

  • Leadership role of the HACCP team leader
  • Creating support and motivation
  • Dealing with different interests
  • Communication skills
  • Various role play exercises
